My great friend, partner of a thousand battles, a man of his word. He is also someone who supports my humble brewers looking for new flavors. So, gladly accepted ceveceras bring me some samples of a journey and, as expected, kept his promise. And I, grateful for his gesture, the least I could do is try these beers and devote a few lines in this humble space. A blind, not knowing which of all the beer is going to like me more, I decided to try for first Eisenbahn Pale Ale In large part by my grown like this style beer.
This pale ale is brewed by the Eisenbahn Brewery, located in Blubenau, Brazil. This brewery has gained fame in part by a cutting range of German beers in the majority of which adhere to the famous German purity law (known as Reinheitsgebot ), which restricted the ingridientes used in the brewing process . The pursuit of excellence that this brewery established since its inception has paid off and within 10 years after its founding, has become the most awarded Brazilian brewery outside.
Eisenbahn Pale ale was a pleasant surprise from the start. Golden amber color transparency bright, attractive and appealing a beer in sight. low or medium foam, but full of character. Offers short but palpable hop aroma, spices, fruit and a sweetness reminiscent of vanilla. The palate is a total blast, offering strong flavors, bitter, intense, sweet and spicy notes particularly that develops from the presence of yeast and spicy hops that give beer some vitality, all ending in a semi-dry palate, light and fresh. The final sensation of fullness in the senses. Not the pale ale to which one is accustomed to, but I wonder, when the pleasant surprises have been an everyday?
